My dr gave them to me last month before I MC. We did an ultrasound beginning of June and we saw the baby so she put me on progesterone pills. I ended up MC a few days later. So I stopped taking them. I got a positive opk last Wednesday. We haven't prevented pregnancy and I know you can be extremely fertile after a MC.  I've been reading online that you should take progesterone 3-4 days after ovulation. Today would be day 3. Should I start taking them again?
