Feet sensitive to touch?

7 weeks away from having baby girl #3 and I've never experienced this before. I've had a lot of swelling this go around, and at my last check up they found protein in my urine but my blood pressure is not at a level of concern yet. Ive noticed that the top of my feet are extremely sensitive to the touch. It feels as though I've dropped a big stack of books on each or that a person 10x my size has stepped on them, but that obviously hasn't happened. Occasionally I see black spots/sparkler type of lights that last a minute or so until they're all gone. I have no idea what this could be. I see my OB again on Tuesday so hoping to get some answers. But was wanting to see if anyone has experienced this before?
