Pregnant with twins... Question.

So I'm 10 weeks pregnant with twins & went tubing on the lake today. I didn't lay on my belly, I sat inside of it. However, my niece went with me and she sat in front of me and was bouncing on my belly a little. They aren't hurt are they? I feel fine..
