TTC and Benzos

Rachael • Married to my wonderful wife, mom to D, twins on the way. lots of other roles and titles.
Has anybody talked to their doctors about this?
I've been off Meds for several years now-first time since a child that I have been off. I can get through pregnancy without an SSRI but my need for (Los doses) of anti- anxiety Meds is increasing. 
I'm wondering if anybody has worked through this yet.
