How do you handle people who shared your date?

I have several friends due the same time I was with our losses and I've been nicely avoiding them but I know I can't do that forever but right now it's a constant reminder when I even think of seeing them.

I have been avoiding them as well. I have to meet my good friend's child this week and I am really not looking forward to it. I will let you know how I get on, maybe it won't be as devastating as I imagine. Xxxx

My best friend is due 10 days before my date.  I haven't been able to even ask her how she's feeling or anything.  Completely avoiding it.  She's had a mc before and has a son, she I think she understands..
