Birth plan?

Bryony • I'm 22 years old soon to be 23 :) and pregnant with my first a little boy. Joseph William Anthony Pratt Due 06/08/15.
I'm 35weeks and 5 days and still haven't done my birth plan I'm a FTM and completely clueless to what to include in it.
