I didn't plan on a home birth but baby had different ideas. Started getting contractions around midday, went to the shop 2 streets away and had 4 contractions. Got home and woke hubby up to take me to hospital but ran out of time. Bub was born on the lounge room floor at 12:37pm into my partners hands. Baby number 5 and in a hurry lol I'd prefer to do that all over again than my previous births 😊

I want to, but the hospital was 1.5 hours away so if something serious would have happened there was a huge time gap to get to the hospital. DH wasn't having that.

Doesn't have a no but planning too lol. I've had 2 babies a vaginal and an emcs both in hospital. Both awful traumatic births. Birth shouldn't be like that and doesn't have to be. Eliminate the negative impacts and your goid to go imo. Planning a HBAC with a midwife and doula

I almost did I went to the hospital at 9 cm her head was right there but I want to try next go round

When I eventually get prefer that is my birth plan!!! Can't wait! I hear amazing things about home births
