What age to get married?

Before/during college, after college, or wait until settled in career?

19 & 20, being young married actually made paying for college easier! Since FAFSA goes on your extremely low income as opposed to your parents. My husband also got put first in line for several scholarships because if his grades and the founders of the scholarships liked that he was married.

I don't know but I personally think that it's best to have a career first mad then get married so you don't have to focus on your studies as well as your family

My sister got married when she was 17and she had a miscarriage at the age of 18 and she slipped into depression

And there no way I'm gonna get married at such a young age

I got married when I was 19! My husband graduated college last December and I graduate this December! Never once has my family interrupted my studies. You don't have to have babies just because you're married...I feel like that's what some people think! I've loved being married and having my husband to lean on because school is difficult! I don't regret my decision! I think you should get married when you feel that you're ready!

My husband and I have been dating since we were 15 & 16. We kept saying we were going to wait until I was 25 or when we finish school. But he proposed when I was 20 and I am so happy with it. We waited a year to get married and I'm glad I married young.

I truly believe there isn't a right or wrong age.... I mean, I think you should stay in the law, of course, but beyond that it's up to how long you've known someone and how much you love them. I truly believe getting married to the love of your life at 19 would be far better than marrying someone you have doubts about at 30!

My plan is to wait at least until I'm done with college and then wait to have kids once I'm settled into a stable career.
