When talking about DPO
When people say they are 6dpo does that mean 6days since they ovulated? Or 6 days passed the ovulation window? Sorry I just don't understand. Like people tell me to test out 14 DPO. Okay I want to but I don't understand if it's 14days passed the day you ovulated or 14days passed the ovulation window. Thanks. Hopefully I wrote this so someone could help me understand!
