Frequent needing to go pee. And when u have to pee u have to go right away!!!! Any one experienced this in early pregnancy?

This is very common. The kidneys are working in overdrive, thus the constant need to go.

I did from 5 weeks and I had to get up often at night, now I'm sleeping almost 6-7 hours through the night. But during the day when I have to pee I have to pee.
