So I went to the er yesterday because I started spotting July 4th and I just new something was wrong wasn't really in pain but it stopped after a few hours never filled a pad or a liner then it started again on the 5th same thing then again on the 6th that's when I went to er they did a vaginal ultra sound but saw no sac or anything but there was a spot on my tube they did blood work hcg was low  so they are saying either ectopic or I lost the baby I go into my dr today for more blood work and again tomorrow what should I expect to happen this is pretty devastating this is my fourth and besides 2 being early this is my first loss husband doesn't really understand why I am upset oh I should be 6w3d today
