So frustrated with being sick

So I've been sick since the day I found out I was pregnant. Can't stop throwing up. Can't eat and I've lost 10 pounds so far. I'm super depressed and it's so hard for me to get up in the morning and go to work because I'm just so sick all the time. My doctors have basically told me there's nothing else they can do for me. I've been in and out of the hospital to get fluids.  Did anyone go through the same thing?  How did you get through it because I feel like I'm ready to explode? When does this end :(
