Postpartum exercise accountability group?
Any Aug '15 moms want to start an exercise accountability group? Not sure how-- either through this app, Facebook, or email or something. I was running before pregnancy (my pace is about 11:30 so I'm no hardcore athlete, but I love running anyway) and would love to do a 10k next spring and a half marathon in early summer or fall. I'm also hoping to start a focused strength training program. I'm very afraid of losing all exercise momentum in the haze of new motherhood (I've done pretty well exercising through pregnancy) but I know it will be a struggle some days. Would be nice to share accomplishments and struggles with other moms with kids the same age.
