So I've been diagnosed with PCOS (Thin) since I was 16. I am 22 now, and have just had round 1 of failed clomid (I didn't even ovulate! 😓) I went to my old OB, I had switched because I moved and then moved back. She asked why I wasn't on metformin. I told her I didn't know, no prescribed it to me. She checked my charts and said I have severe (thin) PCOS. I weight 109 at 5'6". She immediately put me on 500mg once a day for a week then 2 a day. At start of new cycle, back to clomid 50mg. Does anyone have any success with metformin for thin PCOS?
