Is it weird that I think I feel movement,or something at 7 weeks? I'm having twins and my tummy sometimes feels kinda bubbly is it normal???:)

Most likely just gas.

I don't think it's the babies your feeling, with twins you sometimes can feel them earlier, especially if you've already had a baby before. This is my 3rd pregnancy, I'm 29 weeks 5 days expecting twins, I felt the first flutters around 14 weeks & I know it was the babies I was feeling. Started feeling the bigger more pronounced kicks & movements around 17 weeks.

Could be just gas. But it's a similar feeling when you feel the baby early.
