First Morning Urine?

I get up at least once in the middle of the night. Would that be considered FMU to take a test?

I'd stop drinking fluids about 3 hours before bed, pee before you get into bed and wait at least 6-7 hours (if you can) this way the urine is concentrated.

I get up to pee, might I add. Didn't realize I hit anonymous. Lol. Now, I'm not sure when to test. I hear all different things. I want to test now. Lol.
