Am I too big to get pregnant? 🐬

Question

I'm posting several pictures and I was wondering if you think I'm too big to get pregnant? The doctor said that I should lose weight before I get pregnant.

I usually only take pictures of my face so it was hard to find pictures of my body. Lol.

I am starting to eat healthier and exercise.  But I don't want to have to lose all the weight before I have a baby.

We have also been trying for almost 2 years with no luck. Does anyone have any tips? (Besides 'relax' or 'don't think about it'). Lol. I'm working on those.

No, you are not too big. I was reading though that losing weight will increase your chances of becoming pregnant. Sounds like you are on the right track to me:-)

You're more prone to PCOS when you're overweight. Have you been checked for that? I think from a health perspective, getting into shape and losing weight will make the pregnancy easier if not help you get pregnant. I know my cousin was about your size and was TTC for 4 years. She lost a bunch of weight and got pregnant,  she's now due on the 19th with her 3rd in 3.5 years.

You don't look too big at all you've got a fab figure. I do have a positive story which I put down to me losing weight though but everyone is different and my weight loss may not of even had any input in to falling pregnant. I have pcos and was trying for almost 2 years. Decided to join my local weight loss group which I joined the end of feb this year. Hit my bmi and the following week found out I was pregnant. That was june. Good luck in ttc what ever you decide to do but dont feel pressured into losing weight, you dont look like you need to. X
