Complete Previa

Has anyone been diagnosed with complete or partial Previa? Or even low lying placenta? I know everyone is very early. I'm 14w3d and was diagnosed at 10weeks however it's so early I know our placentas will most likely moved. Any of yall been spotting or weird pains?

-I see my new ob on the 13th of July and I will be 15w1d and I will see if my place ga has moved at all
