I want to know but my husband will be at basic training when I'll be able to have THE ultrasound. I'm considering having my cousin pack the correct gender-ed outfit and taking it with me to his graduation, then opening it together.

Absolutely, I don't like surprises. I think not knowing would kill me.

We will be having the ultrasound on Aug 11 to find out the gender. However we will be having the doc write the gender on paper n put it in and envolope....that sunday the 16th we will have a gender reveal party. The 5 day wait will be a long long time.

I asked this question because this baby for me is my second. For my husband his third. Together we have 2 daughters living in the home and a son who doesn't. My child is a girl. Which means my husband has a girl and boy already. I really want a son. I hate doing hair and listening to our girls bicker. I need to cut the amount of estrogen flowing in this house. This pregnancy has been very different from my first. I would love to know if it is a boy, but I'm scared it's going to be another girl and I will be so sad because this is my last baby. I don't know what to do.
