Really exhausted...

As I have stated before this is my third pregnancy... I have older children from a previous marriage... But man!!! I don't remember being THIS tired!! I fall asleep at like 9:00pm sleep all night (up a time or two to pee), and I have to take a nap during the day... I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks 3 days... I am six weeks today..

Am I extra tired because I'm 30, different father, or having more than one?? (Took clomid, so it is a possibility)
