Between what age would you allow your child to date ?

16. Anything before that they can hang out in a group of people. There is no reason to be in a serious relationship at 13 years old.

I think it all depends on the child and the maturity level. Every child is different.

It really depends on my child! If they don't know how to be respectful and responsible I would really discourage them from being in a relationship at any age.

I feel like 13-18 is a pretty large age gap. I won't allow my 13 year old to date, but maybe my 15 year old I would. It'll depend on what they're like once they're that age. So I'm not answering the poll since I would not allow my 13 year old to, and probably not my 14 year old.

*once my daughters are these ages, that is.

Um never and never. Boys suck and I'm going to be so upset when she gets hurt for the first time :(

I'm 15 and turning 16 in august. I remember when I was 8 my parents said at a restaurant that I am allowed to date at 16. My dad doesn't remember it and I think my mom is getting less strict about it. My dad doesn't want me to date but I don't think my mom cares if I date anymore
