So I am a RN I care for the elderly in a nursing home. My job is s passion I have to make these people enjoys the last days that they have. So I am 6 weeks went to the DR today they run my insurance and guess what it will only pay 700 for a hospital stay nothing more no visits no anesthesia nothing. I have been paying top dollar for this crap. They told me to apply for Medicaid which I will look in to tomorrow. My thing is as a Heath care professional why do I have crappy insurance it just doesn't make sense and I probably make too much money to get assistance very upset right now.
