Gas pains?
I'm so nervous I'm having cramps today and I can't tell if they are gas pains or miscarriage. I've had two kiscarragies early this year and both had bad cramping but I can't tell if thi time of different. I'm 8 weeks 5 days and had a scan yesterday. Everything looked great but I really feel awful right now. What do I do??
