Usually clots is a sign on pcos have you been checked? You can have smaller clots but that's pretty heavy

That looks normal to me! My flow is really heavy for 3 days like have to change every half hr to hr, I use tampons also bcuz I hate pads.. You may need to talk to a doc just to make sure it's okay and usually bc will help this.... Unless of course u are TTC!.

I wouldn't wear a tampon while having clots like this.  A tampon clogs the bag and your body isn't able to release the bad blood.  I'd wear a pad for the heavy days so that you can properly pass those clots.  Every woman is different i I my had clits like that during my early miscarriage.
