I'm really wanting to try skin-to-skin with my daughter after my scheduled c-section next week. I had an emergency c-section with my first daughter and was so completely exhausted and out of it that I didn't get that experience with her right after she was born. I didn't get to hold her until I woke up from recovery hours later :/ Does anyone have experience with skin-to-skin while having a planned c-section? I'm planning on talking to my doctor about it on Friday.
