So I'm not exactly sure what is going on but for the last week I have been experiencing some really bad pain on my right side down by where my ovary would be. At one point I saw my gp because I thought I might have a cyst. Did an ultrasound and didn't see anything. I haven't had a period since may but all test including my blood test came back negative. I'm wondering is it possible I'm ovulating with out having a period or I could be pregnant or something else? I'm lost and don't know where else to turn
