Bloody show this morning with bad cramps

So I had horrible cramps all night in my lower abdomen and lower back almost like period cramps or I thought I just had a bad stomach ache. I got up to have a bowel movement and some of my mucous plug came out. Cramps kept coming on and off. At about 715 I went for another bowel movement and when standing up after the rest of the plug came out with a tinge of pink/streak of blood. I've still had cramping on and off. Sound like labor or early labor? (I've called my doctor in just on here to see what others say)
