Advice please!!

Well this morning when I wiped It was a translucent pink like color on the toilet paper, and lately I have been getting nauseous at the smell of food, or in the mornings. I've been having to pee a lot and had lower back pain, tingly stabing pain in my breast, forgetfull, tired, weird pinchy pully cramps. How likely is it that I'm pregnant?
