Braxton Hicks contractions - are you having them yet?

Are you having Braxton Hicks contractions? If so, what do they feel like?

I think so, like mild period cramps. I've read they can feel like this.

Scared the crap out of me!!!! My belly got hard like a basket ball and then released 30-60sec later. U feel your lower region tighten and then release. Started last week get them at random times. Just switch positions and or relieve  your bladder  that's what's helped me and lots of water.

Iv had them since 15 weeks, second baby, my stomach goes rock solid, sometimes quite painful sometimes just uncomfortable pretty normal

I got them a few days ago. They only lasted about 15 minutes. I read somewhere that if you have been sitting a long time to go for a walk or if you were walking a long time to have a rest. Mine were triggered by a day at the zoo, followed with a fight with my hubby. I was happy when they went away.

I've been getting them at least once an hour since I was 25 weeks. My entire uterus turns rock hard. I actually ended up in the hospital one night because they were happening too frequently (every 2-3 minutes) Some are weaker than others but the strong ones have taken my breath away.
