Anyone else ever had this problem?!

How far past having a late AF have you or have you heard of anyone getting a BFP? I've read about some women who are confirmed pregnant but never get a BFP on HPT! I'm 8 days late and still BFN and wondering if there may still be hope. I'm never late!!

I'm also 7 days late I got a few very faint positives but the next day I got a negative and still no period. I really don't know what to think any more.
