I had it in the beginning of my pregnancy honestly, I had crackers and ginger ale and had white rice with nothing in it, it sucked !!! But if it's really bad you should call your doctor. 

I'm sorry I haven't but I was told that if you believe you have it you need to call your doctor! 

Yep! Just what you need in the heat too! Keep hydrated was the advice from my GP and go back if it carries on. Not a great deal they can do to stop D&V, best to get it out your system. Hope it clears up soon!
