It's a fungus :-( it is most coolly transmitted through tanning beds. I have a lot of friends who have it. Tanning makes it worse. I don't know if there is a cure. I'm sorry

I think you can also spray anti fungal foot spray. There are several kinds.

Use selsem blue shampoo. My sister got this from a tanning bed and stuck with it for.life. it gets worse at some points.
