Free prenatals at sobeys
Not sure how many of you are from Ontario, (or if there are Sobeys stores outside of Ontario) but if you visit any Sobeys pharmacy and let them know you are pregnant they give you free prenatals for up to 24 months.
They also give you a little bag with a package of newborn diapers and baby powder.
No catch, you just have to go in and pick them up every 30 days.
Totally free. Ladies take advantage of this if you can!
