Swollen feet?!

Question

Anyone have swollen feet going on right now? My OB suggested the Job stockings for me. I think my salt in take might be causing the increase along with the heat of summer!

Went to Miami for the weekend and my feet got super swollen because of the heat!! They are back to normal now that I returned home

I am 20 weeks and I get swollen feet; my dr said its normal in the summer. I sit at a desk all day so I put a small stool underneath my desk to elevate my feet during the day. Also at night I put my feet up for 30 mins and I started drinking 2L of water every day.  It def helped !

The only thing that is swelling on me is my fingers when I'm outside hopefully it just stays at my fingers I would hate to have swollen feet.

Yep! I'm 22 weeks along and get swollen feet and ankles by mid-day. I never had an issue with my first pregnancy, but now it's terrible.

My ankles swell more than my feet right now. It's not too  bad yet, the heat and being on my feet causes this lovely symptom for me!

Yes, my aunt a midwife, suggests to leer your table salt intake, yet to buy Himalayan salt or natural sea salt into your diet. Having salt is essential
So cutting it out entirely is frowned upon, however sea salt or pink Himalayan salt is pod for you. Also, up your water intake make sure you get at minimum 8 glasses per day, the more the better! In addition, eating watermelon and cucumbers has helped me a lot! Even adding cucumbers or watermelon to my water has helped as well!
