What to choose

I recently changed jobs. I loved my old job but it just didn't pay enough. I ran into my old district manager and wants me to come back for a higher position and more money but I have gotten a taste of more time to be a mom and to go back would mean fifty hours a week or more for thirty thousand dollars a year. I would only get five cent a year. At My new job I am starting from the bottom but the schedule is perfect, I would make a little less but would not have to pay for child care because i am home with him. I have intentions on getting promoted quickly because of my management experience. But seems to be a slow process. And I have no idea if the are actually really interested. I have no idea what to do. Help please
