Menstrual Cramps
I am 39 yrs old and have 2 children. My menstrual cramps are just as bad, if not worse than when I was young. The only thing that I can compare them to is labor pains! They are horrific! I have had 2 c-sections. Does anyone know if that could contribute to my unbelievable cramping? If so, what can I do to help relieve the pain? Thanks for your time ladies!
