Cramps and blood tinged mucus?

Hi all! I am due March 9 with my second child and today I have had cramps in my lower back, and clear blood tinged mucus. Anyone else experiencing this? I don't remember anything like this with my first!

I'm due The same day and had dark red/brown spotting yesterday and the day before but today the cramps stopped and I haven't had anymore spotting but I still have sore nipples and some fierce cravings and apparently a weak stomach (cleaned up the yard after the dogs and I got sick which I normally never do) so I'm holding out hope everything is still all good with my little monkey. Prayers for a happy and healthy baby in 8 months for you! 🙏🏼

Possibly implantation bleeding. I had the same thing last week. Due around the same time.
