Your variant of FAM

Me, I practice FAM contraception for 1 year, and this mean next for me:
constant LH testing + Billings method.
First cycle of FAM I have made temperature measurement, but I have abandoned it after. Before I have used condoms and now I do next: condoms until I will confirm that I has passed Ovulation, and nothing in luteal phase. The question is: what FAM method mean for you?
