Headaches birth control pills.

Has anyone else Delt with serve headaches on the junel Fe 1.5 birth control pills? Also this morning I woke up and my head and face is so sore that my eyes and cheeks are swollen. I called my obgyn because it didn't start until I started taking the pill she told me the birth control was not the blame. I'm so confused and frustrated. Any help Will be greatly appreciated.
