Constipation = Lactolose
I have been badly constipated for weeks and didn't know what to do. No fruit combo in the world saved me. 
My doctor recommended Lactolose and now I am in heaven. I move my novels freely. Lactolose is not absorbed so it doesnot affect the baby. I'm 10 weeks pregnant. Discuss with your doctor if you have this annoying symptom of constipation.
