What would you do if you found out your husband kissed a girl he worked with a "few" times before you were married? Would you be ok with him still working there???? They literally work office to office and see each other all day.

He's allowed to work wherever he wants, its just work.

Hanging out with her after hours would be the no no in our marriage

As long as it was before we were dating I wouldn't care. If it was after we were dating, then he would have cheated on me, and that would be completely different.
