Depo vs nexplanon

So, I've decided to get the Depo or nexplanon. I can't remember to take a pill to save my life, so that's out of the question. I thought about nexplanon, but we might want to try sooner than 3 years.. Were thinking about trying in about 2, but I'm not sure. Part of me wants to wait the original 3 years, but part of me wants to try again sooner... (DD is 3 months). To the ladies that have taken either both, or one or the other, which do you recommend? What did it cause you? Etc? Please don't just vote, comment too, thanks!
