Wow ladies help .. Thoughts

Well ladies, EDD 24th/4/16. 3 weeks pregnant so im early early stages. First hcg 38 done 8/7 and second 10/7 hcg 110. Perhaps twins .. Thoughts ? I was due for missed period today but kinda knew few days ago i was . Bam here i am . So already mum to healthy soon to be 7 year old and now healthy so far pregnancy again.
