So 4 days ago I got my BFP and tonight I'm having cramping and also my tubes are swollen and seems to lumps in it only on the left side right side seems fine. Not sure what is going on or if it is normal don't want to rush to the er if it is normal, didn't have with 1st pregnancy just swollen in the tubes. I'm nervous pain isn't bad just a bit uncomfortable. Please need advise !
