Fertile window (approaching ovulation):

Position: Medium

Firmness: Medium (chin-like)

Openness: Medium

Not fertile (both follicular phase and luteal phase):

Position: Low

Firmness: Hard (tip of your nose)

Openness: Closed (like pinching your fingers)

Pregnant:

Position: High

Firmness: Soft

Openness: Closed
