A little anxious...
I'm 8 wks with my first child. I want to do everything possible to ensure a healthy pregnancy and to give my baby the best chance at being a healthy baby. With that being said, I'm having a hard time finding the energy to exercise (plus I'm not sure exactly what I can and can't do), no food sounds good and it's hard to eat healthy sometimes.
I might be worrying a bit too much but I'm afraid that by not eating fruits and veggies every day and not drinking enough water (that's about all I drink) that I could potentially be hurting my baby or not giving him/her what he/she needs.
Any advice on exercise, eating healthy, and ways to not worry or stress? I feel this overwhelming urgency to do what's right by my baby but the energy just isn't there.
