Is there any safe ways to loose weight during pregnancy ?

Answer

You shouldn't try to lose weight when pregnant. But if you are obese to begin with, and you change your lifestyle like start exercising and eat better (no processed foods etc) then it's very possible to lose a little bit in the first trimester. But again, it should never be your goal to lose weight.
