Alcohol?

Question

Exactly how bad is it to have a beer or something every once in awhile while trying to conceive?? I don't need negative opinions!!! I would like insight and facts only!

While ttc, it's no problem. Personally, I allow myself alcohol in the first half of my cycle but very rarely after my ovulation, just in case.
It's been said however, that alcohol can lessen fertility in both men and women.

Not a big deal. I drank when I was trying to concieve both my children. Moment I found out I was pregnant I stopped, but before, you should be fine. By the way both my babies are perfectly healthy just to put your kind at ease.

I don't see it as a problem while trying to conceive. Just stop when you have conceived.

It's fine. Just don't get plastered consistently. You can even have an occasional glass of wine once you're pregnant.
