What is this? I am 8dpo and had this today and yesterday, just that little bit and then nothing else during the day? Does it look like implantation bleeding? Has anyone had this before and got BFP?

I took this this afternoon. Af was due yesterday and i have been taking antibotics for my tooth so i know that is known to delay your periods...i took a digital 30 mins after this test and it said not pregnant but i guess i dont know if its too soon ?
