Hello Ladies! Congrats first of all!

I've been having this pulling sensation in my lower left abdomen for about a week.. I'm 5 weeks and 5 days.... it's like inside of my hip bone but lower.... This is my 3rd baby but I don't remember this pulling pain so early the last 2 times.... It was for sure aftet my second trimester with the round ligament pain.. Anyone else having this? I go for my ultrasound on Tues due to a previous Etopic but the pain concerns me since it's so early. ...
